優點: I have stayed at Hotel Russell now a number of times, both as a single traveler in a single room, a twin room with my mother, and a double room with my husband. All rooms were comfortable and spacious enough for our needs and comfort. Breakfasts are very good quality too! Staff polite and helpful and location brilliant.

缺點: I couldn't stay longer!!

優點: 位置距離我要去的地方很近。第一次住的房間很小，兩件行李都不能放，让我以為酒店的房間均如此，感覺很壓抑。第二次住的房間大了一些，感覺舒服多了。但房價均一样。

缺點: 到达后，我們去餐廳吃晚餐，一個白人女服務生給别人的水都是玻璃硑新打开的水（其他所有的桌子！给我們的則是自來水，后里我女兒又找她要，她才拿給我們的玻璃瓶的水。雖如此，最后我卻除了已收了12.5%的服务费后，又多給了她20磅的小費。

優點: 床舒適空間利用方便

優點: 房間非常大且舒適

缺點: 沖澡間水量不夠大

優點: Breakfast times can be busy with queueing. Breakfast choice was excellent. Great. Location near railway stations and bus routes. Wish there was a bath or bath/shower. Our room was quiet but housekeeping still had not cleaned room on two days by 5pm. rEception was good with quick check-in and out!

優點: We were only there for an overnight after a long haul flight, but found the hotel to be comfortable and the breakfast excellent. The staff were considerate and helpful when we encountered a problem with our room.

缺點: The first room we were allocated had a pungent smell which meant we simply couldn't stay in it. We were then moved next door, only to find that once the window had been closed the same smell built up in the room. We only discovered this after an evening in the bar with our son, so were eventually moved at 11.30pm to an upgraded room. All a bit inconvenient, but the problem was well handled by staff and we eventually got a comfortable night's sleep.

優點: Absolutely immaculate. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms for inner city, good facilities and first class cleanliness.

優點: 距離國王十字火車站15分鐘行走路程，位置不錯，周圍環境安靜。提前預定價格公道。房間夠大，酒店服務也不錯。

缺點: 洗手間很大，但是洗手盤很小很小。

優點: 離地鐵近

缺點: 印度大媽員工態度不佳！ 要個消費明細還在開擺臭臉

優點: The hotel was lovely , very clean and tidy with friendly helpful staff. The room was lovely and modern.

缺點: The pillows were a bit to big for me would be the only thing.

優點: Location was excellent. Rooms were spotless clean

缺點: Room and bathroom very small

優點: Bed, breakfast, staff and Steak and Lobster

缺點: 1st floor you can hear chairs and tables being moved in the restaurant .. so not the quietest room 160

優點: 房間和廁所間單乾淨 樓下酒吧餐點很推薦,尤其是漢堡和啤酒 位置就在尤斯頓站旁邊 五分鐘步行即可到達

優點: 床很乾淨 被子很暖 房間夠暗 員工熱情給予協助

缺點: 入住的是6人女生房，空間比照片小很多。 不是一個床位就有一個插座。 走廊很多門，門需要很用力才能推開，而且有許多高低差。

優點: 位置超棒的!員工友善

缺點: 老舊房子，浴廁不太乾淨，水很小...

優點: 地點很棒 工作人員親切

缺點: 悶熱
