優點: Very luxurious, extremely friendly staff and a probably the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. We were there for our wedding night and the hotel very kindly upgraded us to an executive suite. The fact the hotel manager had hand-written a (fairly lengthy) congratulations card, and left us some 'congratulations' sweets and cakes was also a very thoughtful touch.
Would highly recommend for a treat or anyone looking for a bit of luxury in London.

缺點: 門外迺賓的需要改進！太市侩！早上我退房，我有二個箱子，在前台有一個服務生幫忙行旅，結算后出店外，兩個迊賓的來幫忙，（我朋友开曰本普通車來送机，）有一個好車又來到，其中一人馬上扭頭離開，結果我的行旅被地上一放，去幫他人，本來一个人可以完成的工作，另外兩人爭且又沒完成.結果付了兩个人各10鎊，扭头的人5鎊，5-10鎊的事，花了25鎊，還不舒服！其實可以不給迊賓的二人，想想最后一天，代表中國人，大气一些，不和你們這些虛偽的人計較！

缺點: 入住期間電梯恰好故障，不過員工樂願協助上下行李，地點因在鬧區，隔音較差。

缺點: Very small bed if you are 6 foot 2. Noisy air con unit ruined my sleep, which may have affected my view of the hotel. Otherwise very clean and everything you need. Just too small for a tall person.

優點: Well we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at the Mayfair and the staff could do more for us. We come back to our room to find a complimentary bottle of bubbly and chocolates, such a great supprize for both myself and the wife. Would we stay again definitely 100%.

優點: 酒店離metro約2-3分鐘，附近有2個超市很方便。酒店見到我有2個小朋友，很貼心地給我安排了一個帶廚房的套房，可以給小朋友準備食物和洗一下衣服，算是意外驚喜。套房除了酒店正門外，還可以用側面出入，更添方便。出入都有服務生開門，最後去機場時，酒店也可安排benz車送去機場，費用好像是GBP83，雖然貴過taxi和uber，但比較舒適和方便，感覺不錯。

缺點: Flemings is a delightful place to stay. We have stayed before. The staff are very accommodating, the food is delicious and the hotel itself is beautifully maintained - you would expect nothing less!

缺點: No kitchen. Stayed for two weeks and has to either eat out or at the hostels restaurant. Not ideal when staying long period of time. Shower rooms where tiny, not much room to move.

缺點: Room was small, perfect for travelling as only really in the room to sleep. Was disappointed that the pool was shut for renovations while I was staying as I wasn't aware of this when booking.

優點: We went on a weekend away because he had tickets to see Harry Potter and the cursed child, which the hotel was a short five minute walk away which was great for me and my friend to get there as it was over 2 nights.
缺點: However we were never informed that there was to be building works happening throughout February. This resulted in there being no room for a reception desk and little to do in the hotel as everything was cordened off. As for the rooms, they were small and dated, they also didn't have much of a blind for the windows. As there has been a neon lit build finished across the street from the hotel, the room was lit up all night. To add to this there was a false fire alarm at 4am in the morning which no one came to inform us about but we could barely hear it from our room. The shower cubicle was really small with a really powerful shower that wasn't pleasant and to top everything we had a cockroach crawl into our room just before our departure that resided under our bed. All in all multiple things went wrong with our stay and I wouldn't recommend.

缺點: 房間好小哦~~ 衛浴也是超級節省空間的設計。晚上有些吵。呆了4個晚上，床單一直都沒有換過，據說要換的話需要另加錢…… 房間裏的陳設感覺都比較的陳舊。水的味道也有些怪。

優點: Not much other than it was clean and close to the Eurostar. Essentially you paid for the location.
缺點: No toiletries or fridge. Tiny double bed in awkwardly shaped room. In Europe it would have been marked up as a no frills business hotel and would have cost far less.
