優點： cheap ticket

缺點： lack of service, very unfriendly stewardess

ground crew need some supervision

優點： The actual boarding functioned ok and despite a late departure we got to Brussels ok. They also announced our boarding gates which helped.

缺點： The check in was shockingly bad. I had pre-checked in, but that did not help. I got put in a line for people who had not checked in. It was not possible to ask to be in the right line. Most of the people behind me were moved to another line while we waited for 30 minutes. When I mentioned the ground crew, who had long conversations with the people checking in, he said it was not their fault at all. It was not impressive.

Nice flight but over an hour late

優點： Everything apart from the punctuality

Lost/Delayed Baggage

缺點： Lost/Delayed Baggage My baggage is missing and this has cost me extra expenses and a lot of inconvenience.

缺點： no information on the board about delay and gate change

缺點： 1,5 hour delay flight from Brussels to Venice and no service with hot tea or coffee for appologize :(

Small aircraft

優點： On time

缺點： Small aircraft. Not enough space. I was asked to check in my hand luggage. Austrian airlines should change the aircraft they use for this route

No tea or coffee offered

優點： Lots of empty seats so more room

缺點： Had to pay for tea/coffee. Was free on way over so don’t understand this

缺點： Sardine tin bus transfers from hell.

FOG

優點： Good leg space and went on time.

缺點： Cup of coffee would be nice but this you need to buy and this is STUPID Expensive

優點： NOTHING

缺點： We had to wait 1 hour inside the airplane because there was fog in Lisbon. Flight took 2.5 hours and the Fog cleared long before we landed so there was no need to wait 1 hour in the airplane where we had NO leg space at all. As compensation they could at leased given us coffee for free and not have to buy for a bloody expensive high price.

缺點： Delayed biarding then sat on tarmac for ages.

It was just ok

優點： They had a funny safety video

缺點： The flight was delayed by an hour. Not only did this mean that I didn't have a chance to rest in Hamburg, it also meant that I had to sprint to get my connecting flight which was on the other side of a huge U shaped airport.

It was ok

優點： Got a free cup of orange juice

缺點： Was just a bit tired and irritable from the delayed flight before.

優點： Nothing

缺點： The flight was delayed significantly and led to a travel nightmare and us missing an important meeting.

優點： Flight was ok

缺點： The fact that we had to wait on the tarmac for a set of stairs to arrive which lasted quite long.

優點： Friendly crew

缺點： Delay +50 minutes Because of the flying orange tomato

Lost bags and delays

優點： Nothing I could particularly remark on

缺點： Travelling out to Budapest our flight was delayed about 40 minutes. We had a connection in Brussels and had to run from B terminal to A to reach on time. We reached the flight, however bags did not make the connection. We received bags next day at hotel. Travelling home, the flight was delayed 1h30m, the gates were shifted 3 times for departure, we had to sprint this time for conmection again B to A terminals. On the flight we were told Edinburgh connection would be rebooked so go to desk, however we made the flight just and so did the luggage, if we had waitied as told to rebook our luggage would have landed in Edinburgh with us stuck in Brussels. Won't be using again.

缺點： in Brusels They ceep us inside the plane around 15-20 min after landing, the bridge wasn't working and we need to wait very long until they will find and bring normal stairs. Many people with conected flights probably missed their flights.

缺點： boarding was later then it should be, also when the boarding starts everything was super slow, and they try to put all people from one plane to one bus ..in the end when was completely crowded and there were a few people that really can't get in because there was no space left, finally they bring another bus for them... Our departure was late and we were half hour later in Warsaw.
