Good service on board

優點： The flight was good. On time. Friendly crew.

缺點： Bag drop check in was terrible. So slow. Boarding wasn't efficient

Virgin are Great, but there food options are not great.

優點： Economy X is fantastic, and really enjoy the boarding experience and the crew. left on time and arrived early. Excellent trip in that regard.

缺點： Almost every time I travel on virgin, which is a lot. They serve a minim muesli bar. Come on Virgin what about changing that a bit. Qantas offer some really good options for not much more of a ticket price. This part of the Virgin Experience needs to change.

Great Overnight

優點： Service and comfort.

缺點： No real complaints.

優點： The crew - smiling, friendly and seemed to like their jobs

缺點： Food - meusli bar again!
