缺點： Late arrival at Dubai, late departure and late at final destination...No information given to passangers!

優點： Crew were good, apart from forgetting at breakfast time that I had ordered gluten free food. Food was OK but not memorable.

缺點： Business class is not as roomy as other airlines. My partner had to climb over me to reach the aisle, there is very little storage space and seat size is quite small. Choice of movies is limited.

缺點： Seat I had was terrible .. not comfortable

缺點： Well,my whole trip was an adventure! I booked it online but in reality, it wasn't what was advertised. There was a problem with my checked in bag, so i had to pay 22 pounds extra to fit it in a connection flight and now i have to send receipt to get the refund. On my way back, there was a delay, so

優點： The aircraft was barely half full.

缺點： Delay due to fog at LHR, but this is not the fault of the airline

優點： Crew ignored my existence just because I sat on the window seat, plus I'm an asian, so I'm not sure which of the reason makes her to ignore me for serving my food. Luckily the guy passenger that sit beside me helped me to inform and made sure that she served the food to me.

缺點： YEA, PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO TREAT ALL PASSENGERS EQUALLY, NOT ONLY JUST TO CAUCASIAN, OTHER RACE AND ETHNIC ALSO DESERVE EQUALLY RESPECT AND TREATMENT. THANKS. SERVICE IS GOOD BUT ATTITUDE OF STAFFS ARE JUST MEH.

優點： The crew was so friendly

缺點： Everything is so smooth in my flight!

優點： Staff is the best, very accommodating.

缺點： It was an old plane so not much comfort in business class

優點： It is always better when this flight is operated by wide body aircraft, as was the case with A330 this time

優點： Good food, excellent lounge in Istanbul and super comfy seats in the longer leg

缺點： Boarding crew did not have the required knowledge of visa process and made us wait 40 mins

優點： Left on time, arrived on time, crew were friendly and efficient, toilets were kept clean the entire flight, seat in economy had enough leg room and recline to sleep

缺點： In-flight entertainment films were a bit limited

優點： The seat was comfortable, the crew were good and supportive but seemed a bit too busy when called upon. Especially with travelling with twins, I had a bit of trouble getting their attention for my own meals as when serving was done I was feeding the kids.

缺點： Give more attention to travellers with infants as they really need your support. Had twins and whenever meals were served, I couldn’t take them but whenever I buzzed, was asked to wait but then nothing came through. At the end of the flight, I had missed all my meals, no hot water for kids milk

缺點： I could not make it for the 1st part of my journey due to personal circumstances. There was no notification from Lufthansa that my return journey would be been cancelled as well. I found out 1 hour before the actual flight. Was offered a replacement ticket for over £900. Bought a new one with BA.

優點： Didn’t like anything. Mediocre all round.

缺點： Disembarkation took 40 mins due to which most passengers struggled to catch connecting flights. Very poor service by Lufthansa to help delayed passengers.

缺點： No TV in the chair ,even no group TV The the crew member in the business class lady was too aggressive in her way as if we are working for her , too tide chairs

優點： Boarding was crazy and confusing. Ground crew poor communication and rude

優點： 3 - 2 seat arrangement and lots of leg room. Excellent boarding.

缺點： Bread of sandwich was dry.

優點： It was a lovely easy flight, always lovely flying star alliance.

缺點： Such a quick flight, everything was appropriate for that. Unsure exactly what would make it better

優點： vegan sweeties for the kids, so nice as my daughter usually has to say no. Also swiss chocolate - so good! Our veggie meals booked hadn't gone through on the system but we were found some they had anyway - wasn't very nice though.

優點： Nice smooth flight. Also lovely to be offered a drink and food. Although the quiche is not great. Wasn’t nicer last year

缺點： Food quality was pretty poor. It used to be so good. I had sea bass which was so dry. There were a group of 30 people travelling together. They monopolised the lobby bar and were rowdy and noisy despite requests from the crew. The flat bed is so hard, it needs a mattress.

優點： they are quiet but not as roomy as i hoped. The food was okay.prices in Abu dhabi are extortionate though for a 5 hr stop.

缺點： The plane to bangkok from Abu Dhabiis a bean tin cram as many on as you can . the seat sent my backside to sleep for 3 days and my ankles and legs are badly swollen. disappointed and not looking forward to return flights

優點： Crew was super friendly and helpful. Had good seats, we were able to change them at bag drop. Smooth flight and good entertainment and food

缺點： There was no vegetarian food. This is a big thing. The stewardess walked past me although I was waiting to buy from duty-free.
