Bueno: la puntualidad Malo: el entretenimiento no sirvió
Crew arguing with passengers. TV set on my seat was broken 8F. I paid almost &40 to upgrade to a closer seat from the original. When drink cart came out attendant offering drinks only was speaking Spanish. My daughter in law doesn’t speak Spanish. I kept telling him and all he said was she must not want a drink and moved on to the next row. Worse flight experience ever. I flew over 100,000 miles so far this year on alaska airlines and was never treated this way.
Didn’t like that we purchased first class seats over 5 months ago to be moved out of our seats, receive a message that we could up grade back into first class and when I call to talk with someone in the airline be told that we been but on a different plane with no first class and must accept what we are given. Then we board and find out there was first class with empty seats and we weren’t allowed because we agreed to be moved to a lower class prior to boarding.

It was good but a little I bit older plane
The flight was on time. I missed some food, at least a snack I only got a cup of orange juice.
Many hours late. Old plane. Allowed people to eat with masks off for 70 percent of the flight!! We are in a global pandemic!!! Unbelievable.

Very think on time and a very nice flight, even arrives early.
Flight was delayed 1.5 hrs because the “new pilot” didn’t have his paperwork. There were ZERO food options . Check in process was too long. The app and customer service is marginal at best. I used to love AM , but I was super disappointed with this entire Roundtrip experience.

I paid for my seat next 2 seats were opened and they moved 2 other guest into the premium seats without charging them.. I asked if these seats were premium and the said no seat 15 D E F so why do I pay when others didn’t pay for the premium seats

Good choices were not great the salmon lox was not of great quality. The flight attendant assigned to my section literally disappeared, was not very helpful or generous, while his counterpart the female attendant picked up his slack. She was thoughtful and accommodating to the passengers with whom she interacted.
Our connecting flight in Mexico City was a horrible experience. There was not a gate assigned. We literally had to walk endlessly until we reached An airline representative and asked if we were even going in the right direction. After an endless walk we finally came to the ground level where a bus was waiting for us to take us to the remote area where we weee to board.
I like that the flights were on time. However the transfer in Mexico airport was rather confusing Due to the fact the Aircrafts were remote.. once we reached the departure gate, we were bused to the aircraft. The hard part was getting to the departure gate. There was just no signs we just kept walking and walking and walking with no Teleprompter in sight. The crew using the PA system on the plane when notifying passengers needs to speak clearly and slowly! Their feeble attempt to speak in English is mumbled & unclear.
EVERYTHING WAS VERY GOOD
Flight was delayed and staff at information counter was very rude. Overall I loved flying with Aeromexico!
The Aeromexico ground crew is not very helpful and not very informative at all. I know the México airport is very crowded but they should explain better to the their customers.
In Mexico City they need more workers to help you get to your gate.Lost my connection due to bad communication on screen changing departure gate in Mexico City .They admitted there was a change but said it was my responsibility of asking ,I could not get information there was not enough employees to ask. I end up going with a different airline early morning next day..or I would of been there till Tuesday night!
The plane never took off.
