缺點： I wish I was told my ticket did not include a meal upfront.

缺點： Flight attendant presentation (uniforms were not very high quality)

優點： Boarding was fast, aircraft clean

缺點： Crew wasn't just unfriendly, they were really rude!

缺點： We were delay for 2 hours, no communication, no apology or compensation.

優點： stewards helped us with all our baby bags

缺點： not chewing on my knees for 4 hours would have been nice

優點： AirAsia is a crooked airline. We had to pay Singapore$120 to check in two pieces of cabin luggage at the airport because we HONESTLY declared they were over 7kg each. On board the aircraft most passengers had cabin luggage which most definitely exceeded 7kg. NEVER again AirAsia.

缺點： Stop overcharging for every f...g thing if not booked ahead. Add it all up a regular airline is cheaper. Dont abuse your network and schedule. You will never get be back to fly you.

Delayed Delayed

優點： Again Delayed

缺點： Missed appointment delayed as usual

優點： Clean and crew

缺點： 2.5 hour delay. Not worth it.

缺點： I didn’t think there was an airline worse than the budget U.S. domestic carriers until I found AirAsia. Not worth even the low cost. I had a horrible check-in experience at both airports I flew from with them, charged for every little thing, no in-flight entertainment, and the flight crew was yelling at the passengers. Never again!

No flight, no confirmation

缺點： It would have been great to have a confirmation that you received our request before the day of departure. We thought the booking did not get through so we booked another company. We ended up losing the money for that ticket. We could not reach kayak and AirAsia, in their policy doesn’t cancel anything. I don’t know who was supposed to send us the confirmation but the money is gone

缺點： I got stuck in traffic and missed my flight from lAX to Singapore, so I called Kiwi right away, and they wouldn’t rebook me. If there is anyway you can help I would appreciate it so much!!!

Overpriced overhyped airline

優點： It arrived on time

缺點： Very snel legroom, no included food, no free water, no inflight entertainment

Refunds?

缺點： You booked us a flight with only an hour layover in Singapore. I feel you should have known that changing airlines in Singapore requires a 3 hour layover as you must claim your baggage at the baggage claim, go through customs, change terminals, re-check your bag and then go through security again. All this being said we missed our flight and had to purchase new tickets! What are you going to do to make this up to us as it’s our honeymoon?

Narrow seats, expensive and uncomfortable

優點： We survived the flight with only a little backpain and one stiff butt cheek

缺點： No legroom, very narrow seating, no meal, expensive
