優點： Service on the plane and in the terminal was good

缺點： Walking on the runway to the plane was uncomfortable with wind rai and noise

缺點： Was disgusted that I had only a 6kg small carryon suitcase & a laptop in my handbag (6kg) and had my carryon taken off me & put on the next flight & not getting delivered until 10pm tonight!!! Plus had to pay $60 and buy some clothes to wear to event tonight as luggage won’t arrive in time. Will never fly Jetstar again!!!

Flight was very late

缺點： And no announcements re the delay until the very last minute.

Small, friendly and comfy

優點： Small plane but comfy leg space; friendly crew.

缺點： Fight was 30 mins late!

Jetstar....very, very budget

優點： Quick check-in

缺點： The whole terminal is budget. Hardly any seating once you go through to the gates and its a 7-minute walk back to the food court. Nowhere to charge phones. Nothing complimentary on the flight so if Virgin or Qantas are around $20-30 more, do it!
