Basic Budget Flight優點： The flight was on time, checkin was easy and the flight got me from point A to B for a reasonable flight缺點： Charging to keep your hand luggage with you seems a little unfair. As a musician I don’t want to check my instrument and as it’s small I don’t feel I should have to pay extra for that privilege.
缺點： We were told we had to go to the toilets before taking off as the Toilets were not working on the plane. Also the plane was delayed in taking off.
優點： Hostesses缺點： The rest especially the quick boarding ( 1h30 to wait )
You get what you pay for優點： Cheap n cheerful, budget airline.缺點： Payed extra for priority boarding to keep our hand luggage with us, seemed a bit chaotic, sure it was just anyone walking on with their cases.
Didn't really understand any announcements by cabin crew in the not so good broken English, they speak.
Usual Ryanair flight優點： The price of the ticket is really cheap and I keep that in mind when I review the flight缺點： The boarding was tedious.
Standard flight優點： Crew was actually really good.
Have to pay to sit together 優點： The price.缺點： Thę policy to make sure you do not sit with your family and have to buy seats to make sure you are all sitting together. The salaries of the staff are the worst in the industry.
Delayed優點： 0缺點： Being delayed an lied too
Good serviceable flight - fitted the bill!優點： On time缺點： Too many passes with food & drink
缺點： We boarded after the time it was supposed to take off and once in Barcelona we had to wait about 25 minutes to collect our bags.
Waiting..... hours 優點： Well to get in the plane we were waiting almost 1 hour, and now that am writting you waiting again 1 hour for the baggage . I will never again flight with this company never again
From the airline who doesn’t care about passengers優點： We got there on time, 缺點： - Surliness of staff especially at the gate: some passengers were queuing for the wrong flight and gate staff did very little to ensure that the risk of this was highlighted to others. Consequently when boarding some people were turned away as they should have been elsewhere
- Unecessary split seats
- New cabin baggage rules - caused delay at the gate and could have been avoided by asking people to check in the excess earlier as other airlines do.
