Great service
優點： No baggage fee and a complementary meal really tipped the scale to make me vote that was my favorite flight ever. The seats were comfortablee with entertainment that I was able to control meaning I could watch any movie I wanted to.

優點： No baggage fee and a complementary meal really tipped the scale to make me vote that was my favorite flight ever. The seats were comfortable with entertainment that I was able to control meaning I could watch any movie I wanted to.
缺點： The restroom was dirty with toilet paper but I do understand that the culture down in Central America puts their t.p. in the waste bins. They were full didn’t understand that on airplanes you can flush it.

Great airline that is never used before!
優點： Really lovely friendly staff. Nice food and fantastic inflight entertainment!
缺點： It took a looooong time to disembark but I think that's more about lax than the flight.

Refused to recognise avianca Brazil star alliance
優點： Nothing
缺點： Everything. Paying for bags, useless rude service, poor aircraft.
