缺點： Treated like peasants rather than customers. An annoyance to the check in staff rather than someone trying to enjoy a holiday. Totally disgusted with their attitude. Can’t wait for the return leg.....

缺點： Food was very small portion, chicken (2 little slices) with plenty of potatoes. Forgot to give me the tray with the food,didn’t apologize at all.then they told me i need to wait cause they ran out of food trays..

Standards and behaviours have deteriorated at Aegean

缺點： Legroom is extremely tight Boarding processes, including weighing of hand luggage are chaotic and feel like they are designed to catch people out.

優點： Crew were v good

優點： Again a lovely smooth flight that departed on time. The captain spoke very clearly and was easily understood.

缺點： The seats were uncomfortable for this length of flight and space very limited.

Hamam

缺點： 40 mins inside the plane before departing with temperature 30 Celsius when aircondition not functional

缺點： The flight was delayed ninety minutes and caused us to miss our connection. They refused to do anything to help us out and they were reuse on top of it. We were left praying for a hotel on our own, as well as having to purchase new flights. Absolutely horrible customer service - do not ever for this airline!

Bad comfort

缺點： Limited space. Unacceptable

優點： Very nice crew, had trouble with boarding

缺點： Boarding. They couldn't figure out to make people queue up. It's not a hard job, but they looked like they were struggling. It made me feel like I should step on and help

優點： The boarding crew was NOT so gentle when he seen my Passport nationality. The flight left on time

缺點： The food was as expected. The seats were very good and comfortable.

缺點： Disembarkation via buses. Not great.

優點： Flight was on time. Crew were good. Flight deck announcements were appreciated.

缺點： Getting on a bus to the aircraft is challenging with 3 young children and carry on. We couldn’t get a seat. Could not eat the croissant as I’m allergic to chocolate. I’d had no breakfast and that was the only option.

優點： Was good space.

缺點： Not informed of any delays on screen or anywhere but somehow Kayak knew before I arrived at airport.

缺點： boarding took for ever. service from the cabin crew was not good. no entertainment.

Delayed departure

優點： Departure delay and change of gate at last minute. This has become a frequent occurrence even though they usually make up some of the time in flight. I would appreciate more timely information about delays.

Delayed departure

缺點： Announced 10 minute delay but when I got to the gate the plane had not yet arrived. Eventually the delay to depart was closer to 40 minutes. This is not the first time this happened with Aegean. I would appreciate more accurate and timely information about delays so as not to have to rush to the gate and then wait.

缺點： delayed departure and late notification of delay at 20 minutes to departure board said go to gate, at gate there was a 30 minute delay announcement then there was a further delay when we boarded

優點： first they announced 10 min delay, then they could not find the crew, after they appeared delay was extended to 45 min we left about 50 min late. gained some time in flight and arrived 35 min late. first batch of luggage came out relatively early and then there was a break of over 20 min before the luggage started to come out again, just as if somebody decided to have a coffee break.

缺點： Waiting more than 3 hours in Athens

What a rip off!

缺點： Attitude to the clients was really appalling

優點： Not alot. The crew were very professional and nice to the eye

缺點： No information on delay. Boardind process: id and boarding card were checked on entry to the gate area. Then once again before the actusl boarding: doing the ssame job twice and creating a further delay.
