Hate their entertainment mentality. You haul your stuff and install their app on it. No games available. Need your own earphones so as not to disturb others, but I have new android that needs buds for that. If you can fly someone else on longer trips, do so. Also seats have been packed together. I am just 5 ft tall and even my knees are only a couple inches to spare. My favorite is KLM / Delta.
My reservation is GWUSIC and I was not able to fly on Jan 10th. I was not able to change my ticket online nor cancel it, the website would redirect me to a "not found" page after I select the filght I wanted. I tried to reach your costumer services for a week before my flight via emails and phone calls, spend way more than 10hrs on hold without any result. I booked via Westjet directly to be sure I would not get this kind of issue, was a mistake apparently. I finally got a hold of someone on Jan 9th after many attempts, no apologies from the costumer service nor consideration, the ticket I needed to fly on Jan 15th went from 160CAD to 670CAD that night and I was told I should pay the difference more than 500CAD. I was also told I should have by the ticket on Jan 15th when I saw it despite I could not cancel mine online... I now have to fly the 16th and not the 15th, which adds hotel fees and 1 days of travelling plus the risk of not being able to go home to Calgary because of COVID restrictions that may occur in between. I find disrespectful and unconsiderate the way I was treated despite I tried all what I could to reach you out in due time to fly the 15th. I did my share as a client and tried reach out way ahead of time when prices where reasonable, I received no call back nor emails though I provided everytime my email, even tried different one, and no emails in the spam, just a malfunctioning webpage apparently. I have proof of all that, screenshot and video if you need to help you improve the service. Truly disappointed in your costumer service who did not consider the situation, did not offer to cover the change fees despite it was because of Westjet malfunctioning services that I could not do my change on time! I could understand the stress and wait time due to the pandemic situation, but not at all cost, this is not good practice from such an initial good company.

Pretty quick and simple flight on a small plane
Flight booked from Montreal via Toronto to Huatulco. Toronto to Huatulco flight was cancelled, lost one day of vacation in Toronto waiting for next flight. Flight from Huatulco to Toronto delayed, missed connection to Montreal. Westjet counter closed. No hotel, no connection flight for 4 days to Montreal to finish the journey. I shall go to Small Claims Court to get compensation for all these troubles. Westjet never again.
Worst experience ever. Stranded twice, coming and going. They refuse to complete the trip. I will go to court
Delayed because of late incoming , but once loaded, was a great flight.
Both flights delayed multiple times. Terrible customer service. Ever desk I went to thd refused to help and told me to go to another desk. I'll be contacting west jet today.
Connections too many delays and flight changes
Delays and baggage was lost and sent to wrong carousel.
There were endless delays on all 3 flights, and there was little to no communication concerning the delay as it was happening, on our last flight (YYZ to SJU). One flight attendant was rude; needs retraining.
Delays , forgiven . No food, no entertainment , could not put my seat back. Huge neck ache . Very clean tho .

Westjet staff today came to my aid like everyone would hope for in a time of need. I was unwell on the flight and had to have assistance from the plane into the terminal. Caring and efficient is the best way to describe The staff who helped. Thank you
Mazatlan airport security is after the restaurants/shops so no water can be taken on board. A glass of water inflight was provided only twice and there was no food to purchase other than the usual unhealthy salted chips and free pretzels. Flight arrived early which is great except the ground crew was not ready so that eliminated the benefit of early arrival.
Plane was late leaving by one hour for a one hour flight then circled around Vancouver to land. Flight was jammed with no room for people or luggage and also people coughing clearly sick and no vaxx passes being checked even when clearly sick.
It’s disappointing that WestJet still doesn’t offer food on board. However the flight attendants were very nice and the flight was quick.

I honestly wish boarding was done back to front so it is more efficient! When people block the aisle to stow their bags, it takes much longer for people to be seated and ready for takeoff! Why can’t you ensure that people who first get on the plane head all the way to the back immediately to where they are going to sit?!?
