What to know about COVID-19 and hotels

As you consider current and future travel plans, stay up-to-date on hotel providers’ change and cancellation policies. Here’s a list of some of our partners that are currently offering flexible policies.

Hotels with flexible change policies

Hilton

All reservations can be changed or cancelled at no charge, some up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival day.
Please refer to the applicable terms or exceptions, if any, when booking or changing reservations.​

Hyatt

Existing Reservations – that are booked before 1 July 2020 and scheduled for arrival on or before July 31, 2021 can be changed or cancelled at no charge, up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival day. Includes Advance Purchase Rate reservations.
New Reservations – that are booked after 1 July 2020 and scheduled for arrival dates through July 31, 2021, can be changed or cancelled at no charge, up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival day.

Intercontinental Hotels

– All non-refundable/pre-paid bookings made up to and including 31 December 2020 can be cancelled without penalty (up to 24 hours before arrival) up until 31 December 2020.
– After 31 December 2020, all non-refundable/pre-paid bookings will be subject to the terms and conditions of the rate booked.

Marriott

Existing Reservations – even reservation with pre-paid rate – for any future arrival date, the policies that were in place at the time of reservation, or as previously communicated, will continue to be honored.
New Reservations – even reservation with pre-paid rate – that are booked on or after July 6 and for arrival dates through December 31, 2020, can be changed or canceled at no charge, up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival day.
New Reservations – for arrival dates on or after December 31, 2020, individual hotel cancellation policies in place at the time of reservation will apply.
